However, the suite shows its age with outdated features. There's no microwave or USB outlets, free WiFi is absent, and the TV remote barely works. The fridge struggles to maintain temperature, none of the power outlets seem reliable, and overall, the decor feels stuck in the past instead of modern comfort, which does detract from a higher-end experience expected at this price point.

my girlfriend and i had an amazing stay at omni! the staff was incredible, especially with how they celebrated her birthday. we were surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade, champagne, and cake. the hotel is perfectly located near great dining and the spa services left us feeling rejuvenated. loved the hand and arm massage!
